Frameworks
The Frameworks series of courses give a thorough overview of a wide range of different areas of management expertise. They are practical and interactive workshops that use a mixture of classroom based training and breakout groups. Participants have the opportunity to put into practice the tools and methods discussed and are encouraged to share their own experiences. Where confidentiality permits they will practise by using real-life issues and challenges in their own organisations and industries.
