My approach to work is flexible and client-centred as no two situations are ever exactly alike. I do need to work collaboratively with you in order to identify and develop a course of action that you can fully commit to. I firmly believe that this leads to better solutions and more sustainable change.

The process typically looks like this:

1. Making contact (identifying of issues/needs, contracting how we work, making sure we can work together)
2. Defining your needs (defining requirements through research, interviews, focus groups, discussions, reflections)
3. Proposals and recommendations for action
4. Delivering change (through facilitation, consulting, coaching and/or management)
5. Evaluation & Review (assessment of results and next steps)
